You can opt for cabaret or theatre layout, boardroom or U-shape, or more informal seating for training workshops, reviews and 1-2-1s. Tell us about your meeting and we’ll tailor the room appropriately so that it suits the nature of your event.

You won’t go hungry or thirsty while you work! We can provide light refreshments, snacks, sandwiches, lunches or just a cup of coffee. For day delegates, we have two packages to choose from, both including food and drinks. We can cater for every dietary requirement including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Yes, every room is air conditioned – they all also benefit from natural daylight.

All our rooms are fully accessible and on one level. There are no stairs to negotiate and we’re DDA compliant so we’re a great choice if you’re hosting a meeting with wheelchair users.

Costs vary depending on your needs. You can either pay by the day, half day or if you’re looking for a more informal arrangement, our coffee lounge is free to use and popular for ad hoc get togethers, catch ups in between appointments or a quick planning session.
