We want to offer you a convenient place to stop on the A1 that exceeds your needs and expectations and represents great value.

We also have a few bespoke rooms specifically designed to satisfy today's high tech requirements. All the rooms have been styled with comfort and practicality in mind, offering you the efficiency and freedom to get the job done.

Our pricing policy

#We also serve breakfast, lunch and lite bites in the connect lounge from 8.30am to 5pm.  Breakfast is from £2.50 and lunch is £4.75.

For those wishing to use the private rooms, we include a selection of home made biscuits both morning and afternoon, together with a 2 course lunch. Our lunches include a range of freshly baked breads and our own specialty filings, with a light dessert or fruit plus orange juice for just £8.99 + vat per person.

HOW TO FIND US

The Meeting Venue is easy to find and is visible from the A1 on the Northbound carriageway. We are just 4 miles south of Grantham.

From the south

Travelling on the northbound carriageway -

  • We are 28 miles north of Peterborough.
  • Continue up the A1 past Stamford until the Coltserworth Roundabout.
  • Continue northbound from the roundabout for just 2.6 miles we are located next to the BP garage at Stoke Rochford Services.

From the north

Travelling on the southbound carriageway -

  • Go past Grantham until you reach the Colsterworth Roundabout.
  • You need to turn around and head back up the A1 for 2.6 miles.
  • You will find The Meeting Venue next to the BP garage.
