No refunds can be given once a room has been booked.
If the booking is not made on the internet we will require a 25% deposit to secure the reservation.
Dates of bookings can be changed and rebooked providing we can rebook the original date.
If a booking exceeds our closing time of 6pm we reserve the right to charge an extra hourly rate to cover staffing and general costs.
The Meeting Venue cannot be held responsible for loss or problems with connectivity to the internet, we will do all we can to assist in access but give no guarantees access will be achieved.
If the internet is unavailable in the building for reasons beyond our control normal charges will apply.
The Meeting Venue cannot be held responsible for any loss of equipment or belongings from any where in the building or in the car park. We have installed CCTV in all public areas and try to do all we can to make the environment as secure as possible.
The Meeting Venue cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever caused by using the facilities to access the internet, this includes personal or company equipment used on the site.
Should you need to cancel a booking there is no charge if it is 14 days before the scheduled date, all we ask is you rebook the date.
If it is cancelled between 7 and 14 days we charge 25% but if it is cancelled within 7 days we do charge 75% of the meeting cost.
